Speaker Bio

Niki Finck is a Senior Lead, Litigation Specialist (less formally known as a paralegal) with Under Armour, Inc.’s Global Litigation Group in Baltimore, Maryland. She has 18 years of experience in small law firms, large boutique law firms and corporate in-house legal departments working in various types of law. 15 of those years have been dedicated to litigation both in and out of the courtroom. Currently, she assists in-house and outside counsel in interviewing employees and gathering responsive documents from all areas of the business. Administering the operations of the Company’s in-house e-discovery infrastructure, she is involved in the initial stages of e-discovery, including pre-collection scoping to plan workflow, hands-on collection, email and text reviews in Relativity One. In addition to active discovery and review, Niki manages all phases of litigation and manages the company’s legal holds system while working with IT Security and Human Resources to preserve custodian assets.

Niki earned her Legal Assistant Associate of Art degree from The Harrisburg Area Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy/Pre-Law Studies degree from Penn State. Before joining Under Armour in Baltimore, she worked on the Patent and Technology team as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at eBay while also working on patent and trademark litigations for PayPal and StubHub. Prior to this she worked in large boutique law firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Niki is an active member of various professional groups including the Under Armour Culture Club, W.I.L.L. (Women-Inspiring, Leading, Living), NFPA (National Federation of Paralegal Associations) and the Maryland Association of Paralegals.

Niki's passion is traveling as much as possible.
