Speaker Bio

Brad Janssen is CDS’s Director of Professional Services and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of core services at CDS. Brad advises clients on the use of technology in all phases of the EDRM and applies his deep knowledge of legal technology and processes to the design of case strategies and workflows to be implemented by clients and the CDS Project Management Team. Brad’s experience includes working on some of the largest M&A transactions in recent years, decade long Antitrust investigations, 20+ million document Second Requests, front page “bet the company” litigations, and high profile governmental investigations. Before becoming Director of Professional Services, Brad previously served as an eDiscovery consultant and spent eight years in the Antitrust group at Shearman & Sterling where he worked with Fortune 500 clients and oversaw eDiscovery operations and document reviews. A frequent speaker at Relativity Fest and legal events, Brad and has authored numerous publications on the application of technology to M&A and the Merger Review process. Brad graduated Magna Cum Ladue and with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
