Andy is a contributing author of the Minnesota eDiscovery Deskbook. Andy has litigated and managed document collection and review projects for products liability litigation, employment disputes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, consumer fraud class actions, intellectual property litigation, civil investigative demands and internal investigations. Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Andy established and led a legal services delivery center for one the world’s largest legal services providers. Andy has been a member of the national counsel team for a medical device manufacturer in an industry-wide MDL involving more than 500 cases and successfully represented a nationwide retailer in a consumer fraud class action. Additionally, Andy served as labor counsel for an airline’s flight operations.
