PR296201 - David vs. Goliath: How New Zealand Regulators Use Relativity to Even the Playing Field

Session Description

Government agencies hold vast amounts of data and must adhere to stringent security protocols. From an information governance perspective, they typically have an enormously wide perimeter to guard. Pressures from budget and culture generally leave them with outdated processes and technology. Managing projects in multiple platforms often leave them vulnerable to errors in procedural fairness. Three New Zealand regulators have taken a fresh approach. They have migrated their investigatory and compliance projects into one environment: Relativity. In this session, we'll present a case study of how icourts helped roll out the Relativity platform and new workflows across the agencies. You'll hear all about the challenges icourts faced and how they overcame them, covering topics like security compliance, data migration, and stakeholder engagement.
