PR325249 - Before I Call Support ... Troubleshooting Crash Course

Session Speakers
Session Description

As a Relativity administrator, there are plenty of times you'll face an issue for which you don't have an immediate answer. In those moments, the questions you ask are key for getting a resolution in a timely fashion. But what questions should you be asking? Where do you go for more information? How do you use that information to come to a resolution? In this session, two of Relativity’s senior support specialists will come together to discuss the answers to those questions and more. In addition to walking through our standard troubleshooting process, we'll also touch on creating effective support tickets and where to find resources we use on a regular basis. You'll walk away from this session with a basic troubleshooting guide that explains the Relativity support team's main verticals, how each vertical functions, and examples of support issues we see daily with steps on how to resolve them. This session is intended for beginner to intermediate Relativity administrators.
