In his career Kris, has worked hands-on in a technical and project management capacity on civil and white-collar cases with a heavy focus on government investigations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. Each have involved the collection, analysis, and review of unstructured data sourced from hundreds of custodians that required multi-jurisdictional management across various disconnected software platforms.
Kris has graduated through virtually every role on the operations and client-facing side of the eDiscovery business which has given him a broad range of expertise. In addition to his experience working on live matters he has also created project management tracking systems, assisted with developing data conversion software, built interactive web-based cost estimating utilities, fashioned a library of custom scripts based on Linux command-line utilities, constructed visual analytics technology used as project and data tracking dashboards, implemented disaster recovery protocols, assisted with restructuring in advance of due diligence and M&A activity, deployed change management plans, and built sales and product training programs.
